Cancellation & Weather Policy

Deposit and payment

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 24 hours before departure.
• Prices are per boat for up to 10 guests.

If you cancel

• 7 days or more before your trip: full refund of your deposit.
• 3 to 6 days before your trip: 50% of your deposit is refunded.
• Less than 72 hours before your trip, or if you do not show up: the deposit is non-refundable.

Changing your date

You can move your trip to another available date free of charge if you ask at least 72 hours before departure.

Weather and safety

Your safety comes first. The captain decides on the day whether conditions are safe. If we cancel because of weather, sea conditions, a mechanical problem or another reason beyond our control, you choose a new date or a full refund of everything you paid. We will let you know on WhatsApp as early as possible. If conditions change during the trip, the captain may change the route or return early for your safety.

Late arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. If you arrive late, your trip may be shorter, without a refund or extension.
